These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of our website and services.

Your use of our services constitutes your acceptance of these terms.

1. Wholesale Pricing and Payment

• Pricing: All wholesale prices are available upon request. Prices are subject to change without notice.

• Payment: Payments must be made in full before wholesale orders are processed unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept payment using PayPal, Square, and Venmo.

• Taxes and Shipping: The customer is responsible for all applicable sales taxes and shipping costs. We will provide a shipping quote for your review before your order is finalized. Massachusetts buyers may need to provide a Resale Certificate.

 

2. Order and Fulfillment

• Minimum Order: A minimum order quantity of 20 units per product applies to all wholesale orders. A minimum order value may also apply.

• Order Processing: Wholesale orders are processed within 10 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

• Shipping and Delivery: All wholesale orders are shipped via Unites States Postal Service and will be insured for the full value of the order. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. 

 

3. Returns and Exchanges

• Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the defective item.

• Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will ship the correct item to you and provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the incorrect item.

• No Returns for Other Reasons: We do not accept returns for any other reason, including but not limited to, buyer's remorse or ordering errors. Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

• Quality Assurance: All of our products are covered for 30 days after the customer's purchase. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the defective item, and you will be sent a replacement, reimbursed, or issued a credit on your next order.

 

4. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All intellectual property related to the products, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and design patents, is and shall remain the exclusive property of The Copper Moon.

• License Grant: The Copper Moon grants the wholesale buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use The Copper Moon's intellectual property solely for the purpose of marketing and selling our products.

• License Termination: The license granted above will terminate immediately upon the conclusion of all business with The Copper Moon.

• Prohibited Actions: The wholesale buyer agrees not to modify, reproduce, or create derivative works from any intellectual property of The Copper Moon, and not to use the intellectual property in any way that is not expressly given.

 

5. Other Terms

• Confidentiality: All wholesale pricing and information provided by us is confidential and should not be shared with third parties.

• Liability: We are not liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product or service.

• Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice,
